About Nourished by Charmaine

I'm Charmaine a wife, a mum of three and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to be running on empty while everyone around you needs something from you.

I've been practicing naturopathic nutrition for four years. But what I do isn't just about food.It's about looking at the whole picture, your energy, your habits, your nervous system, your life and working out what's actually going on rather than just managing symptoms.

I specialise in burnout because i've lived it.I know what it's like to feel completely pushed to your max,guilty for resting, disconnected from yourself and desperate for someone to just be straight with you about how to get out of it.

That's what I do. I work with women who are tired of being tired, helping them understand what their body is telling them, set goals that are achievable, and make changes at a pace that doesn't add to the overwhelm.No dramatic overhauls just boring systems so easy you'll actually do them.

I bring nutrition,mindset coaching and elements of EFT together because changing how you feel isn't just about what's on your plate. Sometimes it's about your nervous system, your thought patterns and having someone help you work through what's getting in the way.

I also have an obsession with helping women get organised.Building simple systems around their health that actually fit into their real life. If you've ever needed someone to help you sort out the chaos to make space for the healthy habits.

Working with me means working with someone relatable who gets it, who isn't going to judge you and who genuinely wants to help you get to a better place.
